We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here is how we handle returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the seal intact. Due to the nature of our products (supplements and food items), we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used.
Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To start a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or Email with your order number and a photo of the item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment or via bank transfer within 5-7 business days.
