Shimla Herbs currently ships to most countries worldwide, including Pakistan, USA, UK, UAE, and Europe. If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Domestic (Pakistan): 2-5 business days
International (Express): 7-12 business days
International (Standard): 15-25 business days

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $2000 .

While we use trusted partners (DHL, Pakistan Post, Leopards, TCS), Shimla Herbs is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes or postal service interruptions in the destination country. We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
